1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing the services, creating an account, or submitting material, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live; a parent or guardian must authorize use by anyone who cannot do so independently.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the site or account contact information.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, threatens security, or materially disrupts the services.

3. Content, submissions, and TVC materials

TVC owns or licenses its original site design, writing, curation, branding, databases, and other service materials. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended personal or authorized professional purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant TVC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, review, publish, or promote the feature or collaboration for which it was submitted, subject to any separate written agreement. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

4. Music and third-party services

Tracks, recordings, artwork, names, trademarks, embedded players, and related metadata may belong to artists, labels, publishers, platforms, or other rights holders. TVC does not claim ownership of third-party music. Playback and links may rely on Spotify or other providers and are also governed by their terms and availability.

TVC is an independent editorial and curation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Spotify, any artist, label, venue, or other third party unless a specific relationship is expressly identified.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services, interfere with security, scrape or automate access without written permission, impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing material, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, or use another person’s private information without authority. Do not use editorial inclusion or availability as an implied endorsement, guarantee, or commercial commitment.

6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, playlist or preview availability, editorial selection, audience results, commercial outcomes, or permanent preservation of third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the services. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify TVC against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use or material you submit in breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. These Terms and any expressly incorporated written agreement constitute the agreement concerning the services they cover.
