Information you provide

This may include your name, email, account details, optional marketing choice, messages, music suggestions, profile information, professional specialties, portfolio and social links, location, private birthday information, submissions, feedback, and collaboration records.

Information collected through use

We may receive device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, pages or features used, authentication and security events, and basic analytics. Playback and embedded services may send information directly to their providers under those providers’ policies.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure accounts; provide playlists, editorial, submissions, and collaboration workflows; communicate about requested services; maintain internal records; understand and improve the site; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations. We send promotional or editorial email updates only when you make a separate opt-in choice. Creating an account does not subscribe you.

Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting TVC, consent, or legal obligations.

3. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, email delivery, databases, analytics, payment processing, and other operations, subject to appropriate restrictions. Information may also be shared with authorized TVC team members and, when necessary for a brief, with the client or collaborator involved.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money. TVC is independent from Spotify and artists unless a relationship is expressly identified; third-party services process information under their own policies.

4. Your choices and rights

You can decline optional fields and marketing consent. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method, and you may also contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. We may verify your request and retain information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend claims.

Browser settings may limit cookies or storage, though some sign-in and security features may then stop working.

5. Retention, international processing, and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, account administration, collaboration records, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. Service providers may process data in countries with different privacy laws. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.
